2.The LOC must comply to below criteria:

The letter of compliance must be signed

The letter must be printed on the manufacturer's letterhead

The ASIN(s) on the letter must match the one(s) in the case

The UPC/EAN(s) in the letter of compliance must match the ones in the case

The name of the product in the letter of compliance must match the one in the case

A statement of how the product is not subject to the recall. For example, the seller should describe how the corrected product can be differentiated from the recalled version e.g. new serial numbers, manufactured after X day, etc. Unaffected batch codes and lot numbers will not be reinstated until the Amazon recalls team is satisfied that all inventory on the ASIN, regardless of seller, has been removed

首先，亚马逊美国站提到了产品均为儿童产品，儿童玩具等

邮件内提到：如果产品是玩具，则不符合安全标准ASTM F963。

工厂签字盖章，但是不能保证亚马逊美国站*认可。
